Booking Policy

Requests and confirmation

Website bookings are requests, not confirmed appointments. DietAlley will confirm availability and consultation details directly. Requests should be made at least 4 hours in advance and no more than 30 days ahead.

Availability

Consultations are generally available Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. Client timezones can be considered subject to availability.

Changes

Cancellations should be requested at least 4 hours before the appointment. One reschedule may be available with at least 4 hours' notice, subject to availability.

This website does not process online payments or refunds. Any payment or refund terms arranged outside the website should be communicated directly and reviewed before launch.
